Telehealth In Massachusetts
Hello! I’m Eva, and I offer remote mental health therapy to residents of Massachusetts. Seeking therapy is a courageous move, whether you’re addressing a particular issue or aiming more generally to have greater peace, satisfaction, and self-awareness. Whatever your motivation for starting therapy, I believe you are the expert in your own life. My goal is to listen, understand, and collaborate with you to address your concerns and help you achieve your personal goals. Each of us has our own story and sources of pain – together, we can explore the root causes of your challenges, fostering deeper understanding and lasting change.
Creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings is central to my practice. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual, integrating various modalities to suit your unique needs and circumstances. I will help you recognize, manage, and accept the thoughts and emotions that arise within you, often emphasizing self-compassion and the mind-body connection. I aim to empower you to fulfill your own needs and build and maintain healthy, positive relationships with yourself and others.
Fun Details about Eva
I have lived in Boston since 2018 and frequently make trips up to Vermont, which is where I grew up and went to college– it always seems to lure me back with its natural beauty and wonderful communities. I love Boston too though, I currently live right near a long chain of parks, so I like to go for jogs and long walks through that beautiful green space to get a break from the ambient sounds of impatient Boston drivers. I also like yoga, and I look forward to the day I get a dog who adorably disrupt my yoga sessions. My boyfriend is allergic to most dogs but I have determined that a Havanese, which is both hypoallergenic and tiny, is one we can get away with having in our apartment. Currently in our apartment is a keyboard, which I love to play, and a whole bunch of houseplants, which are thriving. I live in an environment where I’m able to enjoy my life and take good care of myself, for which I’m very grateful.
I work with individuals 14yo+ struggling with challenges associated with depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, relationships, and much more. Whatever you’re struggling with, I want you to come as you are, knowing that I will approach our sessions with a curious, compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed sensibility. You deserve the care and attention needed to forge new pathways towards thriving! Finding the right therapist is essential, and I would be honored to meet with you to see if we are a good fit.
