Mamay In Bloom Counseling, is an online group private practice with a focus on Womens’s issues, pregnancy and postpartum maternal mental health, teens and young adults. Our practice is looking for an enthusiastic, team oriented psychotherapists to join our group practice.

The candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians. In addition candidate must be able to have private home office and be willing to work remote. candidate will be employee status (W-2).

REMOTE THERAPIST - MASSACHUSETTS

*Provisional Licensed Therapist- P/T or F/T (MSW-LCSW):

We are seeking Master’s level candidates in the field of Social Work, Marriage and Family and Counseling degrees to join our mission on continuing clinical learning and professional growth opportunities for all. Our ideal candidate is looking to venture into clinical practice and looking to join a collaborative group practice environment.

Candidate for this position must have a minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in providing therapy to individuals and families. Knowledge on modalities like ACT, CBT, TF-CBT and MI. Some additional requirements include having a home office/workplace to conduct all Telehealth sessions, willing to provide 2 days of evening sessions per week, computer skills and navigation as well as being eager to learn, able to be adaptable and have a growth mentality. Supervision towards “LI” license is provided after 4 months of employment only to full time candidates who have a masters degree in Social Work.

Admin & Billing Support: Just complete your notes, treatment plan and diagnosis, and the rest will be taken care of by our admin/billing team. Plus, our admin/billing team will help your clients if they ever have an issue.

Working with Major Insurance : For pre-licensed/provisional therapist/Registered Interns you would work under our clinical director/qualified supervisor’s supervision and guidance which will provide you with opportunities to work with top insurance companies as well.

Free EHR: get access to your free customized EHR that is set up to meet your wishes.

Flexibility: you’re in control of your schedule, and you can add or remove available slots whenever you want. Although we do require you to provide 2 days evening session per week to meet the needs of our clients.
