Hello and welcome! My name is Andrea and I’m a Licensed Clinical Worker Worker who practices as a Therapist in private practice, Coach, Consultant and Clinical Supervisor. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Barry University in 2013 and as a new grad I can definetly relate to that struggle of being uncertain, worried and stressed about not having a clear path.
No doubt your feelings are valid because new things do bring uncertainty, but you don’t have to do it all alone. We can work together to help you develop your skills, build self confidence and have a sounding board to provide feedback and explore the many options under our amazing Social Work profesion.
Prior to launching my private practice in 2017 I was blessed to have worked in both the private sector and non-profit organizations which helped provide the foundation of my Social Work path. Some of the settings I’ve work at include, child welfare investigations, domestic violence, medical/hospital setting, social welfare, therapy (individual/ family) and in addition advocacy and case management for mental health and the most vulnerable populations.
I’m committed to supporting our profession to the best of my abilities which includes supporting other social workers rise and reach their full potential. One of the best things about our profession is that its so versatile, we are needed in many areas; Healthcare, Schools, Advocacy, Policy, Child Welfare, Domestic Violence and so much more.

How much does it cost?
I provide 3 different packages since some people might need more than one coaching session.
- 1 coaching session – $175 (45 min)

- 3 coaching sessions – $495 (45 min each)
- 5 coaching sessions – $775 (45 min each)
Do you offer free consultation to see if we are a good fit?

Where will our coaching session take place?
All coaching sessions will be done online via zoom.
What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
The coaching session fee is paid in advance to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you need to amend your booking with at least 48 hours notice.

- To schedule the 3 or 5 coaching package, you can send me an e-mail directly to andreaRarauco@gmail.com and I’ll provide my soonest availability openings to get you started. Once we have scheduled your coaching session I’ll provide a link for payment. Payment is due at the time you receive the link which will also secure and confirm your appointment.
