Every life transition we have throughout the course of our existence brings some level of change. In a women’s life nothing can be as momentous as transitioning into motherhood. This incredible journey has a way of bringing up unexpected feelings and emotions that we’re not always prepared to handle. It brings up a lot of mixed emotions of love and guilt, shame, enhances anxiety, makes one question abilities as a new mom, sadness and despair for the lack of freedom, expectation of how things would be and then hit hard by the REALITY of how things are. All these feeling, emotions and thoughts can be scary, and can prevent us from experiencing happiness in our new role.
The way you see life now as a new mom has changed, life will never be the same. Navigating these waters is difficult but the way you approach these difficult moments in a more positive direction would ultimately allow you to increase self-love, happiness, confidence, and self-esteem so you can enjoy your journey as a mom to your new baby. I’m committed to providing you with a safe, welcoming, compassionate and nurturing safe space where you can share and not feel stigmatized, heard and not be judged, understood and not be questioned.

Lets work together on your path to feeling like yourself again.
